On 25 March 2026, eight students from P.5–6 embarked on a trip to Canada for an Ecology and Historical Culture Tour. Students explored the Vancouver city centre and visited attractions such as Stanley Park, Gastown and Granville Island Market.
They also went on a road trip to Banff and experienced snow up close for the first time.
As beautiful as the scenery is, they were they were reminded of an important truth: glaciers are declining over time due to global warming. If we do not protect the environment, they may not remain for long.
Although the tour lasted for seven days only, it left lifelong impacts on the students. They returned home with not only new memories, but also a deeper understanding of nature, history, and cultures.
